How long does it take to get a reply?
We reply to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, 10AM–7PM IST). For urgent order issues, please mention your order number in the subject line.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window (3–7 business days), email us at support@otakuisland.in with your order number. We'll track it down and provide an update within 24 hours.
Can I return or exchange my figure?
Yes. OtakuIsland offers a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
How do I check if my order was placed?
After placing an order you receive a confirmation email with your order ID. You can also log into your account and visit the My Orders page to see real-time status.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10+ items. Select 'Wholesale / Bulk' in the contact form above and describe your requirements — our team will respond within 24 hours.
Is Cash on Delivery available in my city?
COD is available pan-India across all 28 states and 8 union territories — including metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, as well as tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
