We take feedback seriously because it is literally how the store evolves.
If you spotted a product that was listed but went out of stock too fast, a character series you want us to source, a checkout issue on a specific payment method, a shipping delay to your pincode, or an unboxing experience that did not meet your expectations — please tell us. We reply to every message personally, usually within 48 hours. If your feedback needs an action (refund, replacement, restock), we follow up by email with next steps until it is fully resolved.
