We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

If you received a wrong or defective item, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost after verifying your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@otakuisland.in. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed upon cancellation before dispatch.
