OtakuIsland ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your anime merchandise.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing the order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner name via email. You can track your order anytime from My Orders in your account or directly on the courier partner's website.
All anime figures and collectibles are packed with protective foam padding and double-boxed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items carry special handling labels. We take full responsibility for any damage caused due to our packaging.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
