1. SHIPPING COVERAGE & FULFILLMENT NETWORK
OtakuIsland ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. To provide an expansive catalog of anime statues and collector figures, orders are dispatched from our primary operations hub and verified partner fulfillment facilities. We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe transit.
2. SOURCING & PROCESSING TIME
Every anime collectible undergoes thorough quality verification, part inspection, and protective custom boxing before dispatch. Orders are prepared and packaged within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the following business day.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
Total delivery time includes both order processing (2–4 business days) and courier transit across India:

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- →Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- →Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹150.
- →Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract a handling fee of ₹30.
5. ORDER TRACKING & DISPATCH STATUS
An order transitions to Dispatched status once packaged and handed to our logistics partner. As soon as the carrier hub scans the package and issues an Air Waybill (AWB), a live tracking number and link are sent via SMS and email. You can also view live tracking updates under My Orders.
6. DELAY PROTECTION & CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
If an order cannot be dispatched with an active courier tracking number within 7 business days from order confirmation, you have the full right to cancel the order and request an immediate 100% full refund. We process the refund to your original payment method within 24–48 business hours with zero cancellation fees.
7. PACKAGING & DAMAGE PROTECTION
All anime figures and collectibles are packed with protective shock-absorbent foam padding and reinforced outer boxing to ensure transit safety. Fragile items carry special handling labels. In the unlikely event of transit damage to the product inside, our Return & Refund Policy provides 100% replacement or refund.
8. FAILED DELIVERY & RE-ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer absence or incorrect address, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package is returned to origin. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout.
